About The Client
Renaissance Insurance Group started to develop the sale of electronic policies. For realization of these functions the software product of own development was used. It became difficult to independently support and develop this area, which became a prerequisite for the search for third-party software that meets the company’s conditions, namely our circulation product “Electronic Policy: Customer Portal (B2C)”.
Project Goals
01. Quickly launch sales of electronic MTPL insurance on the company’s website;
02. Adapt the design of the circulation product to the client’s requirements;
03. Expand the functionality of the circulation product according to the client’s requirements.
Design Concept
Login and registration
The main guideline in the design was to follow the light and airy theme characteristic of the Renaissance.
Client's personal cabinet
The client of the company should receive a convenient and clear personal cabinet. At the same time, it is necessary to comply with the regulator’s requirements to provide access to their contracts.
Policy registration
Convenient and simple forms allow Renaissance clients to quickly and easily enter their data, calculate, issue and pay for the insurance policy without getting up from the computer. Once issued, the policy will automatically go to the client’s personal cabinet.
Client's contracts
In the list of contracts you can easily find your current contracts, and you can also refer to archived policies.
Vehicles
In this section, the client can view his list of vehicles.
Insurance event application
Renaissance client can submit an insurance claim from his personal account.

Results
The company launched an electronic policy issuance system on our platform, which was integrated into the existing IT landscape. Organized a new process of registration of insurance contracts by legal entities using electronic registers.
